Don’t waste your time with anyone else and go straight to BIG RED.”

—Alex Goldstein

Adam definitely has a passion for the art of BJJ, and is a dedicated and patient instructor. He breaks down each technique – basics technique all the way up to more advanced stuff – in a way that has developed my grappling skills a lot during the few times I’ve trained with him. I’ve learned more from him than I did in the 1 year I was with my previous Sambo coach. Adam. Is. The. Best. Period.
