WILL I GET HIT?

No! Sparring is NEVER required to participate in out fitness kickboxing classes. You never ever have to get hit if you don’t want to. Our classes are geared for the beginner who wants to lose weight and get into shape, not become a professional Muay Thai fighter.

One of the best things about our kickboxing classes (aside from the MASSIVE amount of fun you’ll have) is the new friends that you’ll make. You will be regularly paired up with other people just like you who are there to have fun, reach their fitness goals, and make new friends.  If you’re looking to socialize a bit outside of your home or office, our kickboxing classes are a great place to do it.
